TECHNICO COMMERCIAL PROJECT MANAGER
Our offices in Morocco and France have stylists and project managers at your disposal to accompany you in the creation and development of your collections. Equipped with technical profiles and experienced in the textile and clothing sector, we adapt our services to your needs.
We believe that each production launch is a project in its own right with its own specificities, constraints and needs. More than technical sales people, they become project managers who orchestrate all the stages of the project.
STYLING OFFICE
Composed of a pattern maker, a stylist and a quality controller, this department is expert in the realization of pattern making, verification and creation of gradations.
This service allows us to try, modify, test until we get the best possible result.
We can develop models based on technical data sheet, image, inspiration and/or sketch.
For more than 1 year, we have a stylist based in Paris dedicated to the creation of specific collections for each customer.
It is at this stage that we define together the level of quality to be reached, the particular requirements related to the project, and the industrialization process.
Since 2019 we have also implemented homogeneous groups which gives us the flexibility to produce smaller runs.
SOURCING
Our purchasing department ensures a close relationship with our partners to make our customers benefit from our privileged prices. When it comes to a nominated supplier, we make sure of the deadlines, the reception of the fabrics, the quality by sending detailed reports to our customers.
We accompany our customers in their choice of suppliers because we believe that it is a strategic sector. Find the right supplier to bring the best quality, communication, deadlines to your products.
CUTTING
Equipped and specialized in delicate materials.
We have an automatic cutter and a needle table.
We use the CAU GERBER system for the creation of patterns which allows us to have a perfect finish and a reduced use of fabrics.
MANUFACTURING
The factory has 3 production lines and 2 homogeneous groups.
We have a technical and diversified machine park.
IRONING AND PACKAGING
In order to ensure a short circuit, the articles are ironed as soon as they leave the production line. Each piece is subject to a final quality control to ensure the best quality.
As soon as the piece is ironed we pack it according to the given specifications.
TRANSIT
As a textile exporter, our in-house transit service facilitates customs procedures and ensures a quick and trouble-free delivery.
